Well, after another lockdown we are finally back with our doors open. Such a great feeling and I am sure all small business operators are looking forward to it staying this way. Whilst you are out and about please make sure to support all these local small businesses that managed to survive - many didn't unfortunately - so lets get some unity in our community and support local.
To our members we thank you and we are so glad to be back doing what we love to do - help people change their lives both physically and mentally.
